A Beautifully Detailed, Original Plan of the Front Elevation of the Sam S. Shubert Theatre in Minneapolis, Minnesota.  HAND COLORED.  William Albert Swasey, Architect. From the American Architect and Building News, January 22, 1913.

This picture is extremely hard to find, as the American Architect and Building News had a very small circulation during that time very few pictures such as this were actually preserved. It measures 12 by 8.75 inches. Has a mat border and foam core backing (not attached to the picture). The whole plan measures approximately 15.25 by 12 inches (with mat border). Finely detailed and shrink wrapped.

Plan is in VG+ condition with light browning along the edges and some light crinkling.
